General information:

Roma society "Euro Rom" is a non-governmental, apolitical, non-partisan organization, registered at the Ministry of Justice of Tuzla Canton on February 18, 2004. It is active in the area of Tuzla Canton, more specifically, in Tuzla municipality. The society, together with other Roma and non-Roma NGOs, is pro integration of Roma into the civil society, in each segment of which Roma people would have an equal position

Achievements:
There are talented, educated Roma in our management. We have implemented certain projects, some of which are:
  • - Customs, culture and tradition of Roma people
  • - Radio shows in Roma language
  • - Supporting Roma children in their school enrolment
  • - Joint project with the Roma organizations from Kalesija and Poljice - "Education of Roma Parents on the Importance of Education," implemented in Kalesija and Lukavac municipalities and local community of Poljice, Svatovac.
  • - Roma Community Development in the Area of Gradacac Municipality, Focusing on the Pozarike Community.
  • - Strengthening the capacity of the Roma activists
  • - Attaining rights through activism
  • - Social conscience on the gender equality in Roma communities
